The Village of Consort, population 739, is located in East Central Alberta, Canada and is a community rich with pride and spirit. It boasts quite proudly of its status as the home town of k.d. Lang!

The Village of Consort is located at the crossroads of Highways 12 and 41, within Special Areas #4. It is primarily a farming and ranching community, with mixed crops and large cattle operations. The oil industry is also very active in this area.

There are a wide number of service clubs and organizations operating within Consort and surrounding areas. Consort also offers a wide range of quality recreation facilities for residents and visitors to enjoy.
